Our Pigs
Our pigs are all rare heritage breeds. Our sows are purebred stud purchased and stud quality Hampshires and our boar is a purebred, stud purchased and stud quality Duroc. Our future plans include the addition of purebred, stud quality and stud-purchased Berkshires!
All three of these breeds are renown around the world for exceptional meat quality.
Berkshire: Known as ‘the Wagyu of pork’. This breed is well-known or it’s superior meat quality, intense marbling and tenderness.
Duroc: prized for intramuscular fat (read: good marbling), tenderness and rich, juicy flavour.
Hampshire: Renowned for lean, juicy and tender meat with darker colouring and is historically considered the gold standard for charcuterie

Our pigs live the way pigs are meant to live — outdoors, on pasture.
Large grassy and bush paddocks
Constant access to shelter, fresh water and nutritious feed
Plenty of space to roam, root, wallow and explore
Raised with genuine, hands-on care
We farm using sustainable and regenerative practices, including rotational grazing, nitrogen-fixing pastures and careful management to protect soil health and prevent erosion. Healthy land grows healthy animals.
Creature Comforts
Natural doesn’t mean neglected.
Our pigs are protected from predators, insects and illness. They receive additional nutrition from grains, fruits and vegetables to support growth and wellbeing.
Sows farrow in safe, secure environments where piglets are protected during their earliest days — even from wedge-tailed eagles.
Because good farming means doing the right thing, even when it’s harder.
