Our Pigs
Our pigs are all rare heritage breeds. We run a mix of Duroc, Berkshire and Wessex-Saddleback pigs. All three of these breeds are renown around the world for exceptional meat quality.
Berkshire: Known as ‘the Wagyu of pork’. This breed is well-known or it’s superior meat quality, intense marbling and tenderness.
Duroc: prized for intramuscular fat (read: good marbling), tenderness and rich, juicy flavour.
Wessex Saddleback: Renowned for exceptional flavour, dark colour and moisture.

Nature, First
Our pigs live the way pigs are meant to live — outdoors, on pasture.
Large grassy and bush paddocks
Constant access to shelter, fresh water and nutritious feed
Plenty of space to roam, root, wallow and explore
Raised with genuine, hands-on care
We farm using sustainable and regenerative practices, including rotational grazing, nitrogen-fixing pastures and careful management to protect soil health and prevent erosion. Healthy land grows healthy animals.
Creature Comforts
Natural doesn’t mean neglected.
Our pigs are protected from predators, insects and illness. They receive additional nutrition from grains, fruits and vegetables to support growth and wellbeing.
Sows farrow in safe, secure environments where piglets are protected during their earliest days — even from wedge-tailed eagles.
Because good farming means doing the right thing, even when it’s harder.
